Korea Trip Oct Day 1 - 4 Jeju Island

Backdated Post, Korea Trip Oct Day 1 - 4 Jeju Island

Korea trip is all planned by Hubby, thank you hubby planned such a wonderful holiday.

Our flight reach Seoul around 10.40pm quite late and we queue quite long at the custom. We then took the MRT to 2 stop away from the airport to our one night stay hotel. We rest for the night next day morning we then travel to the airport to Jeju Island.

Reach Jeju Island airport we collect our rental car, this trip exciting part for hubby is that he can drive oversea. Well after we gotten the car we drive around Jeju, Jeju Island is a very nice place I must say. Got really pretty places of interest to visit.

Our small, cute, useful rental morning.... love the red colour makes it easier to find our car as most of the car around are white, black, silver. haha

We next experience in Jeju is so funny, we got lost driving around in Jeju trying to look for our Hotel. Couldn't remember we got lost for how long, but I think almost 1 and a half hour then we found the hotel. Hubby stopped the car and asked at least 2 person for direction.

We visited the sex museum, the funniest part wasn't what the museum displays. The funniest part is we met a group of Ajumma who were there visiting too, they go in a group and will keep laughing at the display as they walk around. You will simply be affected by their laugher. Night time we also visited the supermarket to buy our groceries for our Jeju stay and also went for a Korea BBQ dinner!

The next day at Jeju we wake up very early to travel to Jeju Island Sunrise Peak to see sunrise. That's another thing we did most crazy at Jeju, the journey from the bottom to the top of the peak is so shag! But the view is worth it, a lot of local people were at the peak too to view the sunrise. I took 45mins to climb up the mountain, and I couldn't believe I can do it.

The beautiful sunrise...

You see a lot of cats at the park as owner love cat. The cat also will follow the owner, owner go where they go where.

There's also a scary experience when we were leaving Dongmun Traditional Market. While hubby is shifting the car out he accidentally scratched the car next to it. And the owner of the car was there and was just about to leave too. So the owner actually saw how it happened, the owner is a Korean and his can't speak english at all. He was with his family and luckily their car are rental car too. The owner have 2 kids with them and luckily his elder daughter can speak little english and helped us to translate. They manage to call their rental car company and say it's fine so we left the place. It was totally a scary experience for both hubby and me. We were sweating just standing there and didn't know what to do.

The next day we travel to O'Sulloc Tea Museum, brought a few tea back to Singapore. Have a very relaxing tea time there and a great talk with Hubby on our next year plan for holiday.

We then went to Hello Kitty Island, had a fun time walking around the Island. Although I'm not a fan of Hello Kitty but you still happy walking around a place that's so kiddy and colourful.

Jeju Island is a pretty nice place to travel around, the only thing I worried is hubby will be tired driving around but surprisingly he really enjoyed that part. Both of us like travelling around in Jeju and we had a lot exciting new experience here. I personally hope if there's chance we can travel to Jeju again maybe when we are old haha
