April have been a month that I exercise the most...haha couldn't even believe myself as well. I went jogging and swimming myself! Highest record was three times in a week. So not me right? Wake up early to go for jogging or swimming.
Need to drop some weight this month, I also dropped some intake of rice. Nowadays our dinner rice I'll cut down the amount. Hubby also wanna reduce the intake of rice at night. Hopefully it will help us with reducing some of our fats! haha
