Well this year Vesak day fall on the Saturday, many people will gets a off day on Monday if I am still in Taka I'll still gets a day off any of the day that week. But my current work place only gets a half day off on the eve which is the Friday.
Since I only gets the half day of cause I must enjoy myself to the max right? So happened that taka sales started Thurs I decided to head down to Orchard for afternoon break and shopping!
Pompompurin cafe opened quite awhile and I wanted to go but knowing it will be super long queue I didn't wanna meet the crowd on weekend. So here's the chance! Friday afternoon should be alright bah? I reached Somerset around 2.30pm and went right straight to the cafe, but there was a queue line! Luckily wasn't very long but I still waited close to half an hour before I can get a table for 1 person! There wasn't a lot of people in the cafe but the service is kind of slow, seems like they didn't have enough service staff to clear table and serve food that's why the long queue.

Since at Orchard of cause I must pay a visit to my ex company lah! Support support the sales right? LOL Went to the basement and walk one round then saw 5MM. Had a short chit chat then I went shoes dept. Mistake ah! Don't go there I wouldn't buy anything liao... haiz anyway in the end the damage is made. 2 pairs of Melissa! Well I'm happy de loh.

As I shop around I saw quite a few ex-colleagues, happy to see those ex-colleagues that I love! Feel so happy to see them again after I have resigned close to 4 months. Can't wait for their next sales! I didn't really looked forward to taka sales when I was working there as it means more work and more OT. Haha now it's a totally different feeling.
It's a well spend Friday afternoon! Happy! :)
