It's weekend again, felt boring and wanted to do something different this weekend. Wanted a stay cation but know hubby wouldn't agreed as we need to save money for holiday trip. Ahhhh when will my next holiday trip be? hehehe actually end June lah...not too far yet I'm dying for it.
So can't go far and cannot be expensive right? OK! Let's go JB! It's has been quite awhile we haven't went to JB, hubby has been nagging wanting to go. But I am just too lazy when I think of those queuing at custom and long hours of traveling. But hubby told me that he found quite a few interesting cafe at JB...so oh well ok let's go! It's a last minute and impromptu trip, I only told him Thursday night to go JB on Sat. hahaha
We wake up at 7am on this Saturday and it was raining heavily. The rain didn't even stopped us, we took a bus to woodland bus interchange. Our whole process from sin --> jb wasn't too bad reach City square around 10.15am. Went to purchase our movie tickets straight:

After we purchased our tickets we went for our breakfast at Faculty of caffeine which is located just opposite city square mall. They having a major road restructuring so it's kind of messy behind city square. But luckily still managed to find the cafe...
Of cause not to forget to instagam what we had at F.O.C. A breakfast to share and 2 coffee cost not more than S$17! So worth it! If in Sin this will have cost us $25++

After the light breakfast we went back to city square for my 1st round of shopping. Just as we stepped into city square we were attracted by the mac donald ice cream bell sound and got ourselves the latest Lychee ice cream! This is heaven! Hubby thinks that the lychee flavour wasn't strong enough but I felt it's just nice! Hopefully it will come to Sin. I like this.

While enjoying my ice cream we went shopping loh, 1st stop Daiso at JB hahaha the outlet looks big in the photos I saw online but in actual it's kind of quite small leh. So didn't get much, only a few items. Each item only cost us S$1.80 due to the exchange rate.
We then watched our X-men at 12.30pm and finished around 3pm. Have our afternoon coffee break.
Miyakori coffee located at city square mall, cafe looks cute with this bear icon. Ordered Sakura latte and their cotton cheese cake RM$27.40 not cheap yo. Didn't taste that great. Can give it a miss actually. :P

We plan to have a early dinner so that we can go home earlier. So we finished off our shopping and had our early dinner around 5.30pm. Going JB is really all about eating, eating and more eating...hahaha I miss the Korean BBQ so here we are going back again for BBQ. :D

Hahaha as you can see almost everything we got is food! Can't help it! And that's not all I brought home...haha
As you can see from below picture I think I am consider a small case... I saw many Singaporean brought lots of the sakura wet tissue from watson...hahaha I only gotten 2 lemonglass and 1 sakura ones. Hubby laughed at me for buying wet tissue but hey you didn't see the others whole basket is wet tissue....LOL Furthermore this time round I didn't buy any shoes from Vivi and didn't buy any clothes too. Only food and things I need. :D
Well it was a enjoying one day at JB thanks to the high exchange rates. Hubby mentioned it is so worth the 1hour queuing at the custom. As we did so much things and brought so much things and the best of all we didn't make a big hole to his pocket. hahaha Whole day expenses proudly sponsored by hubby of cause...haha Thank you hubby!
