Wohoo after one month of exercise at Fitness Club I have dropped 2kg! I only visit the gym 2 times a week and last month 1 was busy at work there's 1 weeks that I couldn't make it to the gym. Which is really very impressive for me as it's really very difficult for me to drop even 1 kg. Maybe many people might think it should have better results well I'm just want to go step by step. Now what I have reduced is only the water inside my body, the next will be starting to burn fats. It's going to be a longer fight but I think it is still achievable one! FIGHTING! Target is to lose another 5 more kg to be my idea weight and figure.
Shall continue not just to achieve a better figure but also for the health. :) FIGHTING!
