Quote from "I've Got Your Number"

Manage to finish "I've Got Your Number" by Sophie Kinsella Chapter One tonight....The following paragraph caught my attention:

"What do I do without my phone? How do I function? My hand keeps automatically reaching for my phone in it's usual place in my pocket. Every instinct in me wants to text someone OMG, I've lost my phone! but how can I do that without a bloody phone? My phone is my people. It's my friends. It's my family. It's my work. It's my world. It's everything. I feel like someone's wrenched my life support system away from me." By Sophie Kinsella "I've Got Your Number"....

I can totally feel how it feels like when I was reading that paragraph as I did lost my handphone 3 times if I remember correctly. But I can't blame others it was all due to my carelessness that I lost it. But then I still can't forgive people who took other people's stuff without trying their best to see if they can return to the owner. And I can totally feel how important our handphone has became in everybody's life nowadays. Especially with the current smart phone, we tend to do so much things with our handphone...some even just forgotten where their manner is that they just glue their eyes to their handphone while attending important appointments.

I have even tried a day to off my handphone and went out for walks and I couldn't help it to just on it back at the night. I will also just worried the whole day time that there will be problems at work and colleagues or bosses can't get hold of me and I'll get F up & down once I'm back. hahaha that was how silly I am...

Anyway I just wonder sometimes how did we actually survived without a handphone while we were schooling and how come now can't do without it anymore?.....
