My very 1st experience @ Platinum Movie Suites

I always wanted to try to watch a movie at the Cathay Platinum Movie Suites or the GV Gold Class. Hubby finally agreed to watch Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows Part 2 at Cathay Platinum Movie Suite! We were both on leave on Tue 19 July 2011 so we decided to catch the movie on that day.

Once we reach there u will feel the exclusivity of the movie suites, they have a lounge for you to sit to wait. They serve drinks and small bites if you want, we decided to order some drinks and small bites but to be serve during the show. The staff will delivery the drinks and food to you once it's ready. No need to even say, their seats is damn comfortable! Haha leather sofa seats leh~ They also provide blankets if you feel cold. I took one blanket to cover my leg becos I was wearing mini skirt well no need to say I feel damn comfortable during the whole show lol.

I really enjoyed the whole session, but not to mention it actually burn a hole in hubby's wallet lah...haha Thank you Hubby for the lovely arrangement after our long tired event the day before. :D When will I be able to watch movie again there?

The remaining 3 days of leave I did quite a lot of things, 21 Jun I have a meet up with Meifong for dinner. In the morning I wake up and went for some jogging, but I only manage to run for a while it started to show sign of raining. After the running I did a bit of cleaning of my room then I watch some drama before I get myself ready to go out.

Meet her at bugis and have a simple dinner and chit chatting. Enjoyed the girl gossip session and that's the end of the day.

22 Jun, I went for running again that day and I had a major cleaning of my room packed quite a lot of staff that are brand new and I don't really need it. Usually are gifts from christmas over the years or stuff that I gotten but in the end I realise it's not suitable for me. I pack aside these stuff to be donated to the Salvation Army. I also throw a lot of rubbish during this cleaning too. After the cleaning I then get myself ready for going to Sis's place for Steamboat session for celebration of Mom's birthday. Enjoyed the catch up with my family and the great food! haha

23 Jun, last day of my leave day. I did a 45min yoga at home then I eat my lunch. After lunch I decided to bring the bag of things that I pack for donation to Salvation Army. Hubby told me it's kinda difficult to find the donation box place. Manage to find a easy way using my iphone, I on the goggle map direction and follow it closely. Well I make my hubby 大跌眼镜 I manage to find the place myself!

I placed the stuffs into the donation box and left. I guess I'll be coming back soon with another 2 bags of stuff for donation. This box is located at 20 Bishan Street 22, so if you have something that is still in good condition and still can be use and you don't need it anymore you can bring it here to donate.

After which I have a tea break at Bishan Toast Box!

It's difficult to find someone that share the same birthday and yet born in the same year as you. Not only that we become close friends too. So we will always make time for each other that month to celebrate together. We meet at Vivo for lunch at KimGary, and have a great time chit chatting.

Sat 18 Jun 2011 MY BIRTHDAY!

MY BIRTHDAY! Can't believe that I'm already 30 years old already! Happy that I can finally change my IC as the current IC photo is my primary six photo I look damn silly and ugly then. hahaha Now of cos I'm a beauty liao lah haha thick skin right? Well time pass so fast that I wonder what have I done for the past 30 years? I guess I have been very lucky there wasn't too much big wave in the past 3o years, everything was still under the control. And the next 30 years my wish is to have every love ones to be healthy and stay with me.

As to how I celebrate my birthday this year? I wanted to keep it simple, so we didn't plan any holiday trip as I didn't want to travel out this year. We wanted to try wild honey at Mandarin Hotel but it was super long queue that day. So we went to Jones the Grocer for breakfast! We enjoyed very much with the breakfast that was served.

After the breakfast we then went to Sunshine Plaza to purchase my birthday present! So happy that hubby brought me a lovely Holga camera! It's damn cute lo!!!! I love it so much.

After purchasing the camera we went to Marina Square wanted to catch a movie but there isn't any good time slot because we need to go to the dinner place that we reserve at 6.30pm. So in the end we went home for a short rest before dinner. The dinner was selected by me, I got a deal voucher at $30 at this restaurant but we can eat up to $60 worth of food. So indeed it's a good deal.

17 Jun 2011 My Leave break starts!

The long wait break is finally here! I have been looking forward to this break as I can totally enjoy time just for myself and do whatever I want to do. I also have been waiting for days that I don't need to bother about my Handphone and worried if I miss any calls from office.

So for the start of my break, I must enjoy the day as a "Taitai"! Wake up in the morning and I start my day with doing nothing much, go online watch drama. After lunch I continue doing nothing haha then I went out for a high tea at Orchard Road.

My "Taitai" look that I set ready for my high tea! Wanted to try TWG but it's crowded and not really the type of high tea that I am looking for. So went to Wisma's Coffee Star, it looks not bad but I was kinda disappointed with their tea & cakes. Firstly many cakes are not available, then the tea is not nice as well.

I waited Hubby to off work then we went out for dinner at Gallery Hotel. Enjoyed our night with a drink there! What a "Taitai" day! I hope I can have more times like this!

My Birthday Week! Eat like a hungry ghost!

Just like the title of the post I eat like a hungry ghost this week. Lunch time I will go out lunch with my colleagues and places that we went are not budgeted lunch hahaha. But I really enjoyed myself with this good food once a while!

3 More working days!

Counting down to my long break from work! 3 more working days and I'll be 1 week away from work. Has been waiting for this so long, been really tired over work. 1 week away I really need to plan how to spend it, but 1st duty will have to clean up and pack up my room. It's to get my room ready for my big day! Guess it's going to take a few days, will also have to get someone to check and repair our air-cons!

I also have a idea of putting a few days off from my cellphone! Which means I will not be contactable for a few days, will not pick up any calls, will not check out my facebook, will not sms anyone as well. So for that few days from 9am - 7pm I will switch my hp off. I hope I can do this as the last few times I try I fail to do so haha.

Other than that I am still planning some "own time" session, meaning I will have some time off to some place to do what I like and will feel relax and enjoy.

Can't wait!
