Anniversary Dating

We didn't go anywhere for holiday this year Anniversary, just a simple eating session the whole day. I wasn't feeling well that day again so I didn't have mood for anything. Want to have a good breakfast in the morning but as I wasn't feeling well so we went to Delifrance at Toa Payoh HDB Hub.

After that we went back home for me to rest, evening then we travel out to Holland V for dinner. We went down Clementi's new mall for shopping then we take bus down to Holland V. Dinner is at a Japanese Ramen store, it's quite nice.

We meet Layheng for dinner, it was a last min. Went Katong for food, we tried Big Bad Wolf. Not bad but portion not big enough for the 2 big boy wor...haha so we went for dessert! Chit chat awhile then go home liao. After that night I sick for 3 days... :(

X'mas Gift

This year X'mas gift not a lot but quite a lot useful ones so I'll like to blog about it. I always felt that giving X'mas gift is a headache because you tend to get a lot of useless things and in the end it is in my room for 1 year then throw away or like last year I donated it out.

So what are the X'mas gift that I have gotten that I think is useful?

1st: Mask! The brand that I use and it's affordable as a X'mas gift.

2nd: SD Card! Although I have a lot liao but more will be good for my up coming holidays.

3rd: Eye shadows! Get the basic colors wouldn't go wrong and I think I will use it.

4th: Gift Vouchers! This one is a KFC voucher somemore sure will eat one.

5th: Couple Pillow Case! So match my big day! So going to bring this to my bridal room & use it.

6th: Pink Color Cardholder! My office cardholder is so old liao time to change.

There's also a very nice X'mas gift from my lovely colleagues! DKNY Watch! So nice of them.

Not only that, this year Hubby brought me a very practical X'mas gift too! And it was given me long ago! It's the media player that is use almost every night at home nowadays! That's my best X'mas gift too! :)

Christmas Party at Office

Every year our bosses will treat us for a "New Year lunch" because the Japanese only celebrate the new year on 1st Jan of the year so they treat that day more important than Christmas. But because our designer will be on maternity leave after Christmas and another colleague last day will be end of Dec so the lunch is bought forward to before Christmas. It was kind of a last min lunch so we couldn't have much choice as many of the restaurants were fully booked. Manage to found a "Halah" restaurant call Meat Works at ION and manage to have table for the whole dept 15 people.

Went there to take our table at 12pm but we only manage to start our lunch at 12.45pm....service is very slow as there's only 2 chef and we are a big group. But food is nice actually, all are quite happy with the food just that the service is too slow.

In the evening we also have our "lucky draw" every year...all our hamper's stuff will be open up and put into bags with number. If you are lucky you will get a better stuff... Then our gift exchange will start....This year we have so much fun making fun of Zenn's present, she were so paisai when she open up her gift. LOL

It was a fun and simple party but this year is also a farewell for a colleague who have joined our group for 2 years. Hope she will find a better place for her future but I guess everyone will still miss the funny jokes that we make during our work time.

Latest Purchase on Accessories!

Christmas Season is a very scary season, because it's a shopping season! Everywhere you go is Sale Sale Sale...The word "Sale" can be very scary~ Especially when you are doing your Christmas Gift Shopping you might tend to in the end purchase additional stuff for yourself! hahaha

So when I was suppose to be doing my Christmas Gift Shopping that day...this is what I have gotten for myself too! Earrings from Forever New, my new found brand that sells lots of nice dress for dinners. These pair of earrings where on sale too, each is only $7.90 after discount. Which is a good buy right? haha

Another colleague is leaving

Just receive a news today that another colleague is leaving, this time round in under our team. Did expect that she will leave one day but didn't expect it to be such a fast & sudden one. She just tender yesterday and her last day will be end of this month.

Well sad to say that her job duty can be covered easily, or I should also put it as nobody is unchangeable here. There wasn't much worries over the job duties but only thing is to hope they can find replacement soon at least before my big day & my long haul. If not job duties will be even more heavy for the other 2 man in office. haha

Anyway it's really going to be a busy year ahead, shit that I have to re-work on the table arrangement for my wedding dinner again!!
