RIP Mother-in-law

The news came very shocking to everyone of us, till now I guess hubby still couldn't believe you have left just like that. It was a Thursday morning when I pick up hubby's call that we receive the news. You actually left us 2 days ago. I sometimes will still ask why did you left like this. Hubby & SIL felt it's the best way and it was your choice. 

Mother-in-law thank you for bringing hubby to this world, thank you for bringing up such a wonderful boy and now he is such a wonderful hubby to me. Thank you treating me so well. I am very blessed to have you as my Mother-in-law. Thank you for everything you have done for hubby & me. It was a pity we didn't have more time to take care of you. 

RIP Mother-in-law. We will take care of ourselves need not worry about hubby. I'll take care of him and he will be in good hands.

Mayday concert 2016 Singapore stop

After so much waiting finally they are here again, of cause we couldn't miss it! As usual thanks to bff Yyl manage to get the VIP tickets without any problem. This time round the VIP seating ticket are so expensive! No choice still got to buy right? haha

The concert was fantastic I must say, but I think my age is also catching...stand there for a few hours really sibei tired leh! hahaha But I had so much fun! So many songs I didn't listen for so long, all my CDs are at my mom's place and I don't have a CD player at my house too. 

At the the end what I get for purchasing the VIP tickets? All the items on the above photo. :) Don't know when I'll get to see them again hopefully not too soon but also not too long ok? 

Throwback 5 Aug chill out with Hubby

We don't usually go bar for drinking, I saw this bar on instagram and wanted to try. It's just located at the Grand Park Hotel at Orchard Road and it's a roof top bar. Hubby and I went for a Friday night date. 

The ice-cream is also the liqueur, the one I ordered wasn't very nice but hubby's one was ok. The place is not bad and I enjoyed very much. I hope to do it more often for date night chill out. :D

Hong Kong Trip 2016 Last Day!

Last Day loh!

Last day breakfast is my favourite, Australia Dairy Co. Grace think it's over rated but I still like it. Place is still so crowded and long queue.

After the breakfast we went Harbour City for shopping and there's exhibition. Cute right?!

Lunch is at Dim Dim Sum Hong Kong. Restaurant is very small but I must say it's super nice. 

We went to the airport early and did all our last minutes purchase. It was a fun and tiring trip, tiring is due to the hot weather. I guess we learn our lesson that is not to travel during the summer! It's an experience too. 

Hong Kong Trip 2016

Day 4 free and easy day

Morning time I wanted to eat dim sum again, especially those characters dim sum.

The dim sum is so cute but it's also very expensive haha. After lunch we went to a new shopping mall where it's all small boutique. There's very interesting shops as well, we spent quite a long time walking around. Pretty nice mall to walk.

After the long walk we went to the old Hong Kong style starbuck for coffee break.

We went back hotel to rest and shower and decided to go Lankuaifong for a drink. Dinner is something quick and simple near Lankuaifong. This trip mark a few 1st time, 1st time to watch movie oversea, 1st time to drinking at Lankuaifong, 1st time to Cheung Chau too. 

Well it's also the 1st time Grace drink with me! hahaha Just as we wanted to leave the pub it rains so we stayed awhile longer and waited for the rain stop. Back to hotel and end of Day 4.

Day 3 to Cheung Chau

Grace wanna go to Cheung Chau so our itinerary included trip to Cheung Chau. Don't know what to expect there but since she wants to go so we shall go.

We walked over to a temple and walked around the area but it was too hot we just wanted to find a aircon place to hide. 

Since it's already afternoon time we decided to find a place for lunch. There's a lot of seafood restaurants around and people come here for seafood. But we didn't know how is the pricing and since only the 2 of us no point eating seafood. Walked pass a traditional dim sum restaurant and it's air conditional place didn't think much and went in! haha

To our surprise the dim sum is yummy.

After lunch we continue to walk around the place, did some shopping for t-shirts & gifts. We wanted to walk to the beach but it's too far plus it's damn too hot in the end we decided to give up. 

Went back to the center area and continue our shopping. Also managed to buy the mango mochi! 

I must say it's really very nice! It's big and the mango is juicy! 

We went back in the afternoon and went to IFC Mall for a coffee break. Stay at starbuck to cool down ourselves the weather is really too hot to travel around. 

Dinner time Grace bought me to a local wet market place at North point. She always goes there for food when she at Hong Kong. But only the two of us we couldn't order too much food to eat. Hong Kong's food potion is really big. We only ordered a soup and a fried rice, I guess the fried rice can actually feed 4 person! haha

At night it's movie time! Hong Kong cinema seats are leather seats we can even buy beer into the cinema. 

Hong Kong Trip 2016

Day 2 is Disneyland Day.

Both of us have been to Disneyland at Hong Kong, but we just think it's ok to go again. Purchased our tickets online, and went there didn't need to queue for too long. 

Morning wake up and went for breakfast at Mac Donalds reason because we wanna get the Hello Kitty set! Another reason is I just love the macaroni from Mac Donalds!

We then head to Disneyland! At Disneyland entrance.

Our plan is not to chiong for rides, just a rest and relax visiting at Disneyland. But of cause I can't miss the ride for Winnie the pooh, so we gotten the only fast pass ticket for this ride. Most of the time we just walk around and take photos not to mention shopping in the Disneyland store. 

It's the 10th Anniversary for Hong Kong Disneyland too!

Watched the day parade and it's super hot by then, I guess I gotten my sunburn during the day parade.

As it's super hot, our lunch place must be in a air-conditioned restaurant and seriously there wasn't much choice. So no choice we had a expensive Japanese Food for lunch. Trust me the weather is damn terrible. 

The only character we managed to take photo with! The rest is just too long queue.

After Disneyland we went back to hotel and place our stuff, rest and had shower. Dinner is at a local porridge store that Grace highly recommended. She love the porridge but I feel it's normal but at least it's not bad lah. Better than I ate in my last trip in Hong Kong with hubby. 

We went some shopping around our hotel area and rest for the day.
