We wanted to organise this house warming last month but Crystal's house toilet need to redo so we postpone it. Finally got the chance to see her place, she is staying very near to my new house at Punggol and we always joke about our future living style.

New house coming soon!

YEAH IT'S FINALLY COMING!  So excited when we received the HLE form which means key collection day is coming near!

It get more excited nowadays especially meeting ID thinking how would our new house going to look like.. what we need to buy for our new place etc.  Simply can't wait!

Weekend new hobby

Another new hobby for weekend, doing my nails...haha found a nail polish that I can work pretty well with so kind of started keep painting my nails when I am free. At least it can last me a week still not to bad lah from far still see-able lah hehe

Meeting up with IDs

We have shortlisted some ID for the past few weeks, have met up with total of 4 IDs. 3 of them are recommended by friends only 1 is reading forums that has good reviews. Well I personally think that contractors are very much need to be introduced by words of mouth. As it's a big budget project and you are going to stay in that house for years. So if you got yourself a not so good contractor there's going to be lots of headaches. 

So I have only a little idea of how I want my future house to be designed, after a few different meet up with ID they did let me learn quite a few things. Some gave suggestion some gave quite a few negative points to what I wanted. Well nothing is wrong or right as it's really up to the personal preference. Our master bedroom size is not very big our layout do allow us to hack the 2nd room to make our master bedroom bigger and even have my dream walk in wardrobe. But I doesn't dare to do so as I'm not sure if I am going to have a baby if yes that room needs to be for the little angel. And also due to budget while we decided not to do so. As such there isn't much space to play around with the Master bedroom. It's kind of headache when it comes to the layout. Some ID gave quite useful suggestion, hoping to see more different layout so that we can have more ideas to fix what's the best for us. 

Every time we met ID we will be damn tired after that, it really use up all my brain cells. haha Still need to compare their quote then meet up again with them to nego it's going to be really busy from now on. 

The only thing I look forward now is our HK trip!
