Busy Bee Christmas!

Yes this December is so crazy! There's so many redemption to handle at work, shifting office, packer duty..etc.. Just shifting office already take up so many of our time and energy. Last Friday we done our major shifting to our new office unit, Christmas eve was our 1st day to report to our new office.

Our Christmas Day is even more simple, wake up at 12pm and eat lunch at home after which watch drama till evening then we go Novena for dinner.

Boxing Day is back to work again, today boss treat lunch! 1st time we travel to City Hall for lunch at Swiss Cafe! Buffet lunch is so so only but it's FREE! Of cos eat lah!

Office gift exchange~My favourite gift!

Today shift office, we also did our gift exchange after everything was done. This year I also receive one Favourite gift! The hard case cover for my instant photo camera! Loving it! I have been wanting to buy it but just never, my 2 lovely colleagues brought it for me!

Shifting Office

Finally we are relocated to a new office! I have been working in this dirty, messy & dusty office for almost 12 years! Finally can work at a more decent looking office, hopefully the outlook of the office can last. Have been packing the office stuff, throwing unwanted stuff for a few weeks liao. Today is finally the official day to shift all the stuff up to our new office.

When was our last meet up? My wedding? haha been so long never meet this girl, well no choice both of us are busy with our life but no matter what once we meet up we have tons of things to update each other. Finally before Christmas we make time to meet up, meet for simple dinner at Orchard. Then we have our gift exchange and went out for some photograph taking with the Christmas decoration.

The day of getting our new home is getting nearer

Many people has been looking forward to the day of getting their love nest as soon as possible. But I am the weird one I actually hope the day can delay more. haha every time I recall that I need to do research, need to see design, need to pack, need to unpack, need to buy stuff I will headache. Of cos it will be happy to create a new place that you like but it will be going to be so tired... ;p 

Well the day will still come and I am still happy it's coming, the Probable Completion Date has been from 4th Quarter 2013 till now change to 2nd Quarter 2013. Guess by next year June we still be able to get our keys! Guess it's going to be a super busy 2013 for me, wish me luck!

Christmas Present for Catz

As usual while the sales starts during the year end I simply will walk around and see what good deals I can get. This time round I saw the bag that I have been eyeing for very long going on sales! The moment I got to know it's on sale I know I couldn't resist it. From $875 became $472! And with the Visa promotion and I got a $10 gift voucher I only paid $462! That's like 52% off! Loving it!

Guess I have to continue some saving here & there in order to minimize my damage. :p

Catz cook

Been awhile I haven't cook at home since this weekend there's no program and I'm just lazy to go out so I decided to cook dinner for hubby & me. Time to make use of my cooking book, decided to try a simple dish that I think I might be able to master. Stir fry seafood with pork! 1st try I decided to put in XO sauce but hubby thinks that the XO sauce doesn't really match but he think it's nice. The dish suppose to have garlic but home doesn't have garlic so it doesn't have the nice smell.

Today I cook the dish again with a little changes made and it was SO NICE! Hubby love it very much and the two of us just eat everything and never take photo haha. We both love the dish very much guess this is so far the best dish I have manage. Guess my cooking skill has improved :) Happy cooking!

Another wedding in the month of Nov, I'm happy for Dongli Didi. Reach the wedding location very early, hubby attended the wedding with me. Expected that he will feel boring as there isn't any people that can click with him at our table. Met the primary school kids it's been quite a long time I last saw them. Whole wedding dinner is the same as the normal one we went, we finish our last dish and we went back home by cab. Happy for Dongli Didi happy wedding.

Deepavali Holiday

I love Public Holiday! Although it is a Tuesday and I have been sick for the past 4 days luckily enough that I felt much better today! Else I will have been staying at home and rot the whole public holiday again! I wouldn't mind lah but then it will really be wasted right?

Although it's a public holiday, yet I have to go back to working place for awhile just to make sure my part timers are doing well. That's the problem when they give me new part timer staff and my manager wouldn't bother to help out if there's anything wrong. I basically have to 24hrs standby like that...anyway heng the 2 part timer appeared for work today. So Hubby & I just drop by together at Taka spot check awhile and left.

We meet Layheng at Raffle City Mall as I wanted to try the Tiong Bahru Bakery, seen a lot of magazine saying it is very nice so must give it a try ma. It turn out to be quite disappointing actually, but I quite like their croissant but hubby thinks that it's not that special. Overall I think I wouldn't want to go there again actually. haha but it's a nice try!

After which we travel to Jurong to visit LDC (hubby's friend), we went to the Jurong point as Layheng never had food at the Raffle City. Layheng introduce us to Malaysia Boleh a new place where they introduce many Malaysia food. Very hard to find seats there as it was really very crowded. Food is average only and it's expensive when you think it's Malaysia food... Fried Kway Tiao @ $6, Bakut teh @ $5, Drinks @ $1.50..

After that we went up to LDC's home to see his baby girl Le Xuan. When reach she is sleeping so we play monopoly deal game... eventually we play the game whole afternoon...haha

After playing with baby we head back home for dinner and end of the public holiday. It's fun as I finally made a trip to LDC home, there have been many chance to go but I was always busy and I finally meet Le Xuan too! Hope to play with her again.
