Just what's wrong with them?

Many people has been saying that I have been complaining on my work in FB very often. Some didn't know that I actually complain in my blog too! LOL...

Now once again, I have faced things in work that I couldn't stand it! Part timers~ I guess many of my merchandising dept is also facing the same problem as me. That really make me wonder just what's wrong with nowadays teenager? Of cos not all of them behave like this, some is really a good help to me. But most of them that I have been handling is really lack of responsibility~ Sometimes I'll also blame HR for not getting the right person and not helping us to check the part timer's schedule before they agreed to employed them.

Problem that I have been facing:

1) 1st day report to work, then inform me that they can't work on weekend or they can only work on morning shift...etc all kinds of reasons that they can't work. Then why didn't you inform HR when you interview?

2) Suddenly sms me say they not feeling well wants to off work earlier, but when I go down to check on them...they look fine and healthy to me...

3) Having colorful nails even more nicer than mine! Didn't HR brief them on the rules and regulation before this?

4) Late for work...this is common

5) MIA during working hours...they know how to snake around as well.

6) MIA totally never turn up for work!

7) Wants to work the shift that their friends is also same shift so that they can have their lunch or dinner together. Keep requesting to change shift.

8) Job that is too free they say boring don't want to continue. Job too busy they say shag very tired don't want to do. They are here to work or here to choose job to work?

9) Attitude problem ah!

Above are the usual problem they will give, well I can't say much becos they are just part timer by right they have no responsibility. But this is just a basic human responsibility isn't it? I don't really recall that when I was schooling and doing part timer I'll give that kind of shit lol. So is it really the problem that nowadays kids are just too rich they don't really need that cash...they are just here to make friends and pass their time so that they don't need to face their parents 24hrs.

This time round the part timer is even more worst! Just now a part timer called me, said that he left work late only leave at 6.3opm. Which I did gave him the permission to leave at 4pm, becos he say he has IPPT. But he claim that it was too busy so he only leave at 6.30pm and he rush to IPPT have to take taxi.

1st request, he leave late at 6.30pm can he have OT pay from 4pm - 6.30pm? Hello??? His working hours is from 9.30am - 6.30pm lol I give special permission to leave at 4pm, you never leave is your problem leh. I'll just pay you normal rates till 6.30pm which is your normal working hours! What makes you think that it's actually OT????

2nd request, he leave late so he have to take taxi can he claim taxi fare? HUH??? what's wrong with you? You off work liao you want to rush to a place becos you are late and the place you are going has got nothing to do with the work. What's make you think that you can claim leh??? And not forgetting you are just PART TIMER LOL! Even if I am a full timer here I off work late I need to go watch movie but I am late I take cab I also cannot claim lah! Stupid right? Really don't know what's in his mind lol....

With all this people that I am facing I think my blood pressure is really getting higher and higher lol .... Vomit blood

Catz Cooking World Part 2~

Another cooking session by Catz, this time round I try new dish and it's more difficult dish actually. Spend more time preparing the ingredient and cook. I am also quite happy with the end result, hubby is also surprise with what I have done too. :) This also encourage me to cook some more different dish for him. :)

A&P Chalet!

The yearly event is here, this year I'm the suai one lol....kana assign to be the person-in-charge. So I have to send out invite list, confirm no. of people, order food, check in & collect money! Luckily this year I don't need to stand there and BBQ the food the whole night ah...haha This year the group is smaller as quite a number of colleagues didn't come, but it's still as fun.

This year our chalet date also happened to be Kat's birthday, so we had a mini celebration for her as well. Not to mention the mahjong session for the gamblers lah...haha

Well I hope that this yearly event will continue every year. :)

Cat's by Tsumori Chisato

Another free bag with the purchase of the magazine! Adding 1 more bag to my collection, this is once again "MY" bag! hehe Yes it's written "Cat's" on the bag. :D The last one that I got is very sweet & casual look, while this one is in black & gold make it more semi-formal bah... The handle of the bag is shorter than the previous one which is good as I find that that previous one is too long. Both are my current favorite bag other than my Gucci lah...hehe

Oh one more thing I found out in the magazine is that Tsumori Chisato store is in Singapore! I wonder if they are selling some of the bags of the same series "Cat's" in the store...I must go and take a look soon one of these days! Can't wait! ;)

吃得是福, 胖就是福!

Is that true? Yes I think so! But too bad the current me can't afford to be having this kind of blissful feeling becos I'm on diet! I am also working very hard towards the slimming program but with the good food that I have been facing how to?? Just like tonight's dinner....yummy!

Are you a pet lover?!

How many of you are a pet lover? I guess many of us would have always wanted a pet when we were young, some really got their pets some will just like me think only. But I ever did has hampers as pet when I was schooling time, the hampers died as I wasn't really taking good care of them. Ever since then I never wanted to get any animal as pet...

I did ever think perhaps having a cat can be simple as they don't need much attention. But when I went to my ex-manager's home I changed my mind. Cat some time will dash across the house in high speed when they see something that attract their attention. You wouldn't know what is the thing that caught their attention it can be just a flies~ I think I'll die of heart attack if I ever get myself a cat as a pet.

What makes me want to write this post was becos recently my mother-in-law got 2 birds back home. The 2 birds belongs to Hubby's cousin, as she is going to have a baby soon so she pass the 2 birds over to my mother-in-law to take care. When I first saw the 2 birds I was shock, reason being I'm not really a pet lover so if in the future I have stay there I'll have to assist to take care as well. The birds has been at Hubby's place for nearly half a year already, there's still not sign of returning back to the owner. I start to get a little frustrated as I find that the whole house is messy and dirty due to this 2 small bird! Their feathers are everywhere in the house lol! I remember my grandfather also have a lot of birds as pet, but I don't remember the feathers were everywhere in the house lol. Maybe my grandmother really clean the house everyday but why is there so much difference?

Anyway after dealing with this 2 birds I finalise that I am really not a pet lover lol! I guess I'll never agreed to have any animal in my house in the future. No No No

Catz Cooking World!~

Don't know why but I have been very eager to cook this whole week. Going online to find recipe looking for some simple to manage and look easy to cook ones. As I am ban for cooking at my home becos I hate doing the washing and I'll mess up the kitchen so my mom banned me for cooking. So I have to wait till it's weekend and I can go to hubby's place for cooking session!

Finally the weekend has come! On Saturday, we went to buy some ingredient from shop N save and I started the cooking work. The dish for saturday was what I have done before but using different style & different ingredient. Which apparently I think it turn out to be bad~ so no point showing you the photo.

Sunday, we wanted to stay at home to watch 红星大奖 so we decided to have another round of cooking session. In the afternoon we went to ikea for some research as we need to do some renovation of his room this year. After the marketing research at ikea we then went over to the Giant to get our ingredients for tonight. When we reach home, I started the preparation of the cooking. This time round I think the recipe that I got from online was a nice one! Of cos I haven't really fully master it but for the 1st time I think it's not bad~ Hubby love the style of the dish as well and tell me to try to cook more the next time to have improvement from it. It was encouraging! Seriously, I'm not a good cooker lah but I don't hate the cooking only the washing part which Hubby is willing to do the washing! hahaha So every time I cook he is the one that do the washing. :P 分工合作 ma :D So this was my hard work for today's cooking....

FUN Stuff at work!

The relaxing time at work, this 2 days we can still breath a bit. And there was a promotion going for Chanel cosmetics, where they build a instant photo booth at the promotion area. Hehe for other people they need to do some purchase at Chanel before they can play with the photo booth but for us? Don't need me to further explain leh bah....

1st try I went down with the advertising team hahaha took it with the cosmetics in charge as well. Have fun playing with it, some wasn't ready as don't quite really know what to do...but was fun.

Next of cos with my promotion team lah! Went down today and even got our own photo taken too! Hahaha this time round even more funny cos the guys head so big!!! The four of us can't fit into the photo lol! This has tested and proved that Roger & Bryan's head are really big! No No of cos not the ladies' head big lah.... :P

Hehe sometimes really have fun with this guys at work. :D they are just full of nonsense....
